At PuraTrip we respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we may receive and how we use it.
When you visit PuraTrip to look for a place to stay, a restaurant, a tour or an experience, you don't need to create an account or provide any personal information.
We may use analytics tools to understand how the site is used, which pages get the most visits, and how we can improve it. This information is used statistically, and we don't try to identify you personally.
If you use "My trip", the places you save are stored only in your browser and are never sent to our servers.
If a business asks to be listed on PuraTrip, we may receive information such as its name, phone number or WhatsApp, email, location, description and photos. We use this information to review, prepare and publish its listing, and to reach out to the business when needed.
Once a listing is approved, the information meant for the public, such as the business name, location, photos, description, prices and contact details, may appear on PuraTrip.
Businesses can request that their information be corrected, updated, hidden or removed.
PuraTrip relies on outside technology services needed to run the site, such as hosting, storage, maps and analytics tools. These services may receive certain technical data needed to do their job.
Using buttons like "WhatsApp" or "Get directions" may take you to outside services. Once you leave PuraTrip, the privacy policy of those services applies.
We keep a business's information for as long as it's needed for their presence on PuraTrip, or for as long as there's a legitimate reason to keep it.
You can request that your data be corrected or deleted by writing to us at info@puratrip.com.
Under applicable law in Costa Rica, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
PuraTrip isn't specifically aimed at minors, and we don't set out to deliberately collect personal information from minors.
This policy may be updated when PuraTrip adds new features or when needed to comply with legal changes.
